DTCAR × V-GREEN seeks sites for EV charging and battery swapping in the Philippines
Landowners, property owners, commercial establishments and agents are invited to submit qualified locations, with Metro Manila as the first priority.

What locations are being considered
DTCAR × V-GREEN is actively sourcing locations for EV charging stations and VinFast electric-motorcycle battery swapping stations. Metro Manila is the first priority, while major cities, business districts, high-traffic commercial areas and other regional locations may be considered as the network expands.
Potential EV charging sites include gas stations, shopping malls, commercial lots, parking facilities, warehouses and roadside properties. Preferred sites offer roughly four to twelve charging or parking slots, strong vehicle traffic, easy entry and exit, sufficient electrical capacity, safe access, low flood risk, clear ownership documents and availability for a long-term lease.
A compact footprint for battery swapping
Battery swapping locations can be much smaller. A slot can require only about two square meters, opening partnership opportunities for convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, hotels, gas stations, parking facilities, malls, commercial buildings, schools, offices, residential developments, roadside businesses and fleet hubs.
The 6-slot cabinet measures approximately 506.2 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 1,900 mm high. The 12-slot cabinet measures approximately 1,060 mm wide, 605 mm deep and 1,900 mm high. Installation planning should provide at least 1.7 m of front clearance, 300 mm at the side and 850 mm above the unit.
What property owners and agents should submit
Submissions should include the exact property location and Google Maps reference, total land area and available parking slots, current photos and videos, proof of ownership, electrical infrastructure and available power, the final lowest rental price, owner or authorized-agent contact information, occupancy status, availability and confirmation that the property can be handed over when required.
Agents are expected to negotiate directly with landowners and submit a final best rental offer. Complete submissions will be screened for location, accessibility, technical suitability and commercial conditions; only qualified submissions will be contacted for further discussion and site inspection. The official submission form is distributed through DTCAR × V-GREEN official channels.
